988wim Terms & Conditions —
Your Agreement with the Platform

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "988wim" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 988wim online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 988wim.app.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a 988wim account or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered 988wim player account associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a player's 988wim account, used for deposits, bets, and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a 988wim account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Supplier" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available through the 988wim platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Playtech, and Microgaming.
• "Pakistan Standard Time" / "PKT" means UTC+5, the standard time zone applicable across Pakistan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the 988wim platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions unconditionally and in full.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by 988wim's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 988wim. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2.3 988wim reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at 988wim.app/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2.4 These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended to be clear and comprehensible to adult players across Pakistan. If any provision is found to be ambiguous, it shall be interpreted in accordance with its plain English meaning.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register a 988wim account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 988wim conducts age verification as a mandatory component of the KYC process for all accounts. Submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is required. Documents must be clear, undamaged, and must match the name and date of birth provided during registration.

3.3 If 988wim reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18 at any point, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any PKR balance found in an account determined to belong to an underage individual will be returned to the deposit source after identity confirmation and deduction of any applicable processing costs.

3.4 You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited for your individual circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of 988wim is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.5 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 988wim and its Game Suppliers are not eligible to participate in any real-money game or promotion on the platform.

4. Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Each individual may hold only one 988wim account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds therein.

4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistan mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

4.3 988wim will request KYC documentation at or before the point of first withdrawal. In some cases, 988wim may request KYC verification earlier, including at registration or following any deposit transaction. Your cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of continued account access.

4.4 Acceptable KYC documents for Pakistan players include: a valid CNIC (both sides), a valid Pakistani passport, and where requested, proof of address in the form of a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the past three months.

4.5 Submitting false, forged, or fraudulently obtained identity documents to 988wim constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 988wim login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

5.2 988wim will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password and claiming to originate from 988wim should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

5.3 You must notify 988wim's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 988wim will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

5.4 988wim provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Pakistan player accounts. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended. A one-time code is sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number upon each login when 2FA is active.

5.5 988wim automatically terminates inactive sessions. You should always log out from your account when using a shared or public device.

6. Deposits and PKR Wallet

6.1 All deposits to your 988wim account are made in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is 1,000 PKR unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.

6.2 988wim accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. 988wim does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges that are outside 988wim's control.

6.3 Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 988wim is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider or Pakistan banking infrastructure.

6.4 You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

6.5 988wim reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality pending resolution.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals from your 988wim PKR Wallet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawals are made in PKR only.

7.2 KYC identity verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: standard verified accounts within 1–4 hours; Gold VIP tier accounts same-day; Platinum tier accounts within 2 hours; Diamond tier accounts on request. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service level commitments. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

7.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is 2,000 PKR. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and payment method. Current maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your 988wim account.

7.5 Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Any withdrawal request made before Wagering Requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

7.6 988wim reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requests for updated KYC documentation, source of funds evidence, or verification of recent account activity.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 All game outcomes on the 988wim platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied and independently audited by the relevant Game Supplier, or by real-world results in the case of live dealer games, sports events, cockfighting bouts, and esports tournaments. 988wim does not modify, adjust, or interfere with any game outcome.

8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 988wim system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 988wim reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked PKR amounts to the respective player wallets. In cases where the malfunction cannot be attributed to a specific outcome, all affected bets for the relevant round or event will be voided.

8.4 Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all game categories and are displayed on each game page or within the relevant betting market. These limits may be adjusted by 988wim at any time without prior notice.

8.5 988wim reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player for any game category or market at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes restricting the available bet limits for individual accounts.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

9.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 988wim are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of offer. These specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and bonus expiry periods, form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read prior to accepting any promotional offer.

9.2 Bonus Funds credited to a 988wim account must meet their applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and any game contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.

9.3 A player may hold a maximum of one active bonus at any time within their 988wim account unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Where multiple bonuses are awarded simultaneously (for example, a welcome bonus sequence), they are applied and consumed in the order specified in the promotion terms.

9.4 988wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it and begun satisfying Wagering Requirements in good faith, 988wim will make reasonable efforts to honour the proportion of the bonus earned to the date of cancellation.

9.5 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, reverse-engineering wagering strategies to exploit promotional terms, coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

9.6 All welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses at 988wim are available to new accounts only, one per person, one per household, and one per payment method. Attempting to claim a new-account bonus using a new registration while a prior account exists under the same identity will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988wim platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or using a false identity to circumvent age verification.
• Registering more than one 988wim account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any 988wim game or system, including but not limited to automated betting, automated bonus exploitation, or scraping of odds data.
• Colluding with other players in any game category, including live poker, table games, or sports betting markets, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or software malfunctions to gain unearned advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward 988wim staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the 988wim platform's source code, game software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to another individual.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 988wim platform — including but not limited to the 988wim brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 988wim or its licensed Game Suppliers and content providers.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 988wim platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any platform content.

11.3 Game titles, logos, and related assets displayed on the 988wim platform remain the intellectual property of the respective Game Suppliers. 988wim's use of these assets is conducted under commercial licensing agreements with those suppliers.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 988wim provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While 988wim takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988wim's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

12.3 988wim shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, whether or not 988wim was advised of the possibility of such loss.

12.4 988wim is not responsible for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the player's end; device or hardware failures; errors in player input; or third-party payment provider delays or failures.

12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes 988wim's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 988wim is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players across Pakistan. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible within the account settings section of every 988wim account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your overall spend.
• Loss Limits: Cap total net PKR losses per day, week, or month across all game categories.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your 988wim account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.
• Reality Check: Configure periodic notifications showing your current session duration and net win/loss position.

You should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. 988wim strongly advises against treating gaming as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

14. Account Suspension and Closure

14.1 988wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC; or receipt of a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement instruction.

14.2 Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, any PKR balance and Bonus Funds held within the account are forfeited.

14.3 Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to a player breach (for example, a market exit decision by 988wim), verified PKR real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their 988wim account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. All outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before account closure is finalised.

15. Amendments to Terms

15.1 988wim may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to active account holders via email to the registered address and/or via a notice displayed upon next login to the 988wim platform.

15.2 Amended terms take effect upon the date published at 988wim.app/terms-and-conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal before the amendment effective date.

15.3 Continued use of the 988wim platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments.

16. Governing Law

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are written in English and are intended to be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English text is the authoritative version.

16.2 Any dispute arising between you and 988wim in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your account, or any transaction on the platform shall first be referred to the 988wim customer support team for resolution via the internal complaints process. 988wim will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation under procedures to be agreed at the time. 988wim will act in good faith in any dispute resolution process.
